Aluminum Triple Pass Radiator - BMW M3 (E90/E92)

The CSF Triple Pass Radiator is a purpose-built cooling upgrade for the E90/E92 M3, designed to reduce coolant outlet temperatures and increase thermal stability under aggressive street driving, track use, or high-heat environments. Built around a high-efficiency core and a triple-pass flow layout, this radiator forces coolant to traverse the core three times before exiting, maximizing heat rejection where the factory single-pass layout can become a limitation.

Constructed with a 2-row, 42mm dual-core design and CSF’s B-tube technology, the core is paired with an ultra-efficient multi-louvered fin structure to increase surface contact and cooling efficiency. Installation is straightforward thanks to OEM-style connections and a true drop-in fit.
