992.1 Carrera / S / 4 / 4S / GTS (3.0T) Intercooler System

CSF by PWR Intercooler System for Porsche 911 992.1 Carrera 3.0T models is built to improve charge-air cooling, reduce heat soak, and support more consistent performance on tuned or hard-driven cars.

The factory intercoolers can struggle to keep intake air temperatures under control during repeated pulls, track use, or higher boost levels. This CSF by PWR upgrade uses high-efficiency rolled-tube cores with internal fins to improve heat rejection and help keep intake air temperatures more stable.

The system also uses CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks that are TIG-welded for strength. This gives the intercoolers better durability under increased boost compared to the factory plastic end tank design.

This is a direct plug-and-play upgrade that installs in the factory location using OEM mounting points, ducts, and shrouds. No cutting or permanent modification is required. It is a strong supporting upgrade for Stage 1, Stage 2, and custom tuned 992.1 Carrera builds.
