CSF High-Performance Twin Intercooler System for Porsche 911 992 Turbo and Turbo S is built to reduce heat soak, lower intake air temperatures, and support consistent performance under high boost.
The 992 Turbo platform makes strong power from the factory, but intake air temperature control becomes more important during repeated pulls, track use, and tuned setups. This CSF upgrade replaces the factory intercoolers with a higher-flow, higher-efficiency twin intercooler system designed for better cooling and stronger durability.
CSF uses Formula 1 performance-grade cores by PWR with a 2-row rolled tube design and internal fins. The system also features CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks with integrated Y-pipe connections to the throttle body. This gives the intercoolers stronger construction than the factory crimped plastic end tank design and helps them handle higher boost levels.
This is a true plug-and-play drop-in upgrade. It uses OEM-style inlet and outlet connections for precise fitment with factory components. The system also includes three 1/8" NPT ports for methanol injection, boost monitoring, or other supporting setups.
