RK Autowerks catless downpipes remove the primary exhaust restriction to improve flow, supporting quicker turbo spool and reduced backpressure for strong, immediately noticeable horsepower and torque gains. Developed using state-of-the-art 3D scanning and prototyping, they’re engineered for OEM-like fitment and proper alignment.
Each downpipe is manufactured from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel and features CNC velocity stack turbo flanges to promote smooth flow at the turbo outlet. Precision TIG-welded construction with heavy-duty V-band / exhaust flanges provides a secure, leak-resistant connection built for long-term reliability. Stainless O2 sensor bungs are mounted in the factory locations for a straightforward install.
