Wagner Tuning 2019+ Mercedes G63 AMG Competition Radiator Kit

The Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler and Competition Water Cooler Kit for the Mercedes-AMG G63 is designed to improve charge-air cooling, reduce back pressure, and support higher performance levels under demanding driving conditions.

The performance intercoolers feature a large 430 mm x 200 mm x 102 mm core design, providing 8.8 liters of charge-air volume per intercooler. This is a 72.5% increase over the OEM setup, allowing the system to handle more airflow and maintain lower intake temperatures. Back pressure is reduced by 34%, helping improve turbocharger response, efficiency, and overall engine performance.

Each intercooler uses CAD-designed free-form cast aluminum end tanks for smooth airflow and strong durability. Despite the larger size and increased cooling capacity, each unit weighs only 12.6 kg. Reinforced silicone hoses and aluminum charge-air pipes are included to further improve flow and reliability.

The Competition Water Cooler Kit adds a major upgrade to the vehicle’s cooling system. With a competition racing core and a 48% increase in cooling volume over the factory water cooler, the kit helps control coolant temperatures during spirited driving, tuning, towing, and high-load use. The design also keeps airflow balanced for surrounding components, including the engine water cooler.

The complete kit includes two competition water coolers, silicone hoses, and all required mounting hardware for installation.
